We work to provide you with prompt, helpful service. The Pearl Shoppe will ship most items  the same business day that it is ordered, unless it is a special order item. If the order is on the weekend, the order will be sent out on Monday. Same day shipping is available on all stock items ordered before 2pm EST (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow 3-5 business days for USPS Priority Mail packages. FedEx Overnight shipping can have your package to you within 24 hours if received before 2PM EST.

You will be contacted immediately if your item is not in stock.
